As our Administrative Assistant, you will partner with every department to streamline operations and support disruptive initiatives. We’re seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented team member with a “get it done” spirit.

This role is both creative and precise: you’ll manage company documentation, marketing materials, and vendor/authority relations—handling negotiations, contracts, and licensing. You’ll also oversee office supplies, coordinate travel arrangements, maintain facilities, and conduct inventory, leveraging strong problem‑solving skills to keep everything running smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and manage company documentation
  • Maintain and distribute marketing materials
  • Liaise with vendors and government offices
  • Negotiate, draft and renew contracts and licenses
  • Procure office supplies and oversee inventory
  • Organize business travel and meetings
  • Ensure office cleanliness and facility upkeep

Must Have

  • Proven effectiveness
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong problem‑solving and attention to detail
  • Good English and Polish, both written and spoken
  • Driving licence B
  • Excellent office‑software proficiency
  • Adherence to company culture & policy

Nice to have

  • ≥ 1 year admin experience
  • Formal education in administration
  • Experience arranging international travel
  • Professional driving experience
  • Background in rental or aviation business
